  Full access including bank settings, payouts, billing, refunds, and team management.

• Co-organiser

  Create and edit trips, issue refunds, view customers and org profile — not bank or payouts.

• Crew / scanner

  Scan QR tickets and view headcount only. No revenue or customer PII beyond names.

• Photographer

  Upload-only access to trip galleries. No other dashboard areas in the pilot.
